man I need help with this boss ... I play with zero and X but I have no piers of his armor with q machines simply disappeared and ps ... when I try to use a zero to that Avila's 2 hits and leaves me 50 %.....

@byzecternacho I find its easier when you use the wind attack (jump + triangle) when fighting Red.

@ThatguycalledJoe I don't know. Once you figure out Gate's pattern its fairly simple (though still annoying). You can't really pin down Red's pattern.

@DarkLordOfHats - I would have agreed with you 2 years ago, but now I agree with ThatguycalledJoe in terms of Red being easy. I am not sure about Gate though. However, I can beat Red on the hardest setting now with no damage taken and all lives intact.

@TysonMegaman2 - Great job winning against Red in a short amount of time using X and Zero.
