I worked in Libya for a few months during the mid 90's I saw the plantations and vineyards, the people who worked in those plantations came from sub Saharan Africa, they looked well fed and happy to be there, as I was, making a living. I recognise some of the landmarks in the newsreels with dead bodies lying around, killed by the NATO mercenaries. It fills me with horror and shame that I can do nothing to stop the genocide taking place in such a beautiful paradise.

I got word that at least two American soldiers- grunts, not 'advisers', have been killed in Libya. They US soldiers are getting orders to invade by October. I guess this assumes the Libyan govt remains until then- I suspect NATO is pulling its punch for some reason....

There are pro Gaddafi demonstrations all over Libya.... Last Friday's demonstration in Tripoli had around 1million pro Gaddafi demonstrators! If the Bombing of Civilians 24 h after the huge demonstration was designed to frighten civilians I think it will backfire. I'm surprised about those Algerians you spoke about because to my knowledge the Majority of Algerians are pro Gaddafi including the Government who refused NATO the permission to use its airspace.
