Waiting those 3 extra weeks will do your child a HUGE amount of good. It sucks, but research it..those extra weeks while horrid for you, do wonders for baby. Especially for their brains.

None of the methods work unless your cervix has started to dialate. and at 37 weeks, trust me you should wait till 40. the EDD could be off a week or two and your chancing a preemie.

naw her baby prolly was like WOOHOOO!! do it again mama do it agian!! lol im alomost 38 weeks preg and ahve started dialating AND i have been haveing contractions on and off ill try the galloping if the exlax dont work!! by the way exlax is just from ingridients found in the herb senna so its gemtler than castor oil an dthe newer tabs taste lik esugar going down.....just be prepaired for toilet time,!! once you start to dialate and ahve contractions the baby is ready!!
Why are people giving this a thumbs down?? It does look like you are shaking the heck out of this baby...from my own experience....your baby will come when it's ready!

Naw, the baby is surrounded by amniotic fluid so the baby can't be "shaken". I wouldn't do it simply because my pelvis hurts way too much.

I tried this and being 9 months pregnant and clumsy, I missed the curb and sprained my ankle and couldn't walk at all for 2-3 days...

try doing it inside your home some suggest getting something to step on an doff of and jump on and of it as if goin gup n down the stairs!!
