I actually think they freezed the frame cause they are gonna let us watch the rest of the kiss at the beginning of 4.18.In fact if you watch closely the first scene of the 4.18 promo where there's their kiss from the end of 4.17,you'll notice that in the promo is like 2 seconds longer and we can see Dan about to raise his left arm tu hug her and Blair raising her left hand.That means the kiss is gonna become passionate and they'll realize there is something more than just friendship!!!

I LOVE IT!!!! Gah, last night was FREAKING EPIC!!!! I'm like still FREAKING OUT!!! I've barely been able to function ALL DAY!!! It's horrible, really lol...
