@acumbess I was wondering the same thing. Peter Parker's parents were part of Shield and it looks like they'll play a large role in The Amazing Spider-man. Unfortunately, Sony owns the movie rights to Spider-man and Marvel owns The Avengers so its a little unlikely that there will be a crossover. Even though it would be awesome.

I think all in all, it will be in 3rd person perspective, but will mostly be focusing around Captain America so that the story has a central character, which I think is a smart move on Joss Whedon's part.

I would probably try to see it from all of their perspectives basicly to see how one another thinks about each other and see how they would interact with each. For example I would see how they react to Bruce Banner being on the team, knowing that he can be their ultimate threat or their ultimate weapon. I would also try to have Nick Fury and Captain America train the most of the Avengers how to fight were their would be a seen where Cap and Tony fight

I do think Cap should tell it. Think of it as how the sherlock holmes stories were from Watson's point of view. Cap's really the most relateable character on the roster. He's not a genius, he's not from another dimension. So when you see thor, hulk, and iron man, you get that much more awed by it. Hawkeye would be good too, but he doesn't have a movie of his own so..
