get the W1200 shotgun, you have to kill the guy in the first room on the contingency/cliffhanger scene. he sometimes has the W1200 and other times he has the other shotgun known as the tactical shotgun on L4D2

at 1:17, if you shoot Makarov during when they are moving, Alen, (The guy that has Makarov's hand on his shoulder,) will continue to look around in shock for a while, then stand back up, leave the "stand area" that has the display with Makarov, and pretend to shoot the air, then stop and freeze. Also, if you do this, some of the other people on the same display will be in a infinite loop doing some sort of action. Even if its just their eyes moving around.
