What does spraying the fix plus on it do?

Fix+ is a product tons of makeup peeps use, when using it with eyeshadow it creates something they call a FOILED effect making the eyeshadow sort of like shimmery but no glittery.You can just use visene or water.

Purple! The "Azulian" blue she used is from Facefront Cosmetics and they also make a purple called Weekend warrior (GREAT) with dark eyes. The gel liner she used in the beginning is from coastalscence and they also make a purple that goes really well underneath weekend warrior.

i find that when i use water, the water evaporates, and then i get a lot of fallouts onto the bottom of my eye. Fix + just works better
