Try feeding him a can, max a can and a half of cat food per day and 100g of dry food and rarely any meat from the table, nothing else. Or just take him to the vet, the vet will tell you exaclty what's good for him and how to feed him. If you get pissed because of the comments, don't take it out on the cat, but take good care of him!
