I''m actually very impressed with the dance. I mean it gets the nuances of Jay Kay's style (such as that one point when he approaches the right wall by one step only to have to suddenly back up)—which works quite well since his dance style is a bit unconventional for a guy. You ended it a bit early, but my guess is that animating that odd spin that Jay Kay does near the end would prove problematic.

There are a couple instances when the IK seems poorly animated, but the bone weighting has been done extremely well to allow the stepping in that way.
