It all depends on how my body feels, but sometimes I can get 3 work outs a day. 5-6 days a week I do cardio and a wt. routine. And I do take in a lot of carbs to keep my energy level up along with supplements.
Honestly I train 4-6 hour days so that helps on keeping my wt down. I also take a lot of necessary vitamins and supplements. As far as eating healthy, I watch what I eat depending on when my next fight is. I don't always eat well. But when I'm in training for a fight I stick to salads and chicken breast, and I love bread and soup.

intense traiing bro. i used to do abit of martial arts when i was younger. stupidly i started smoking dope but i am now off it and thinking of training again for fitness n health. im 40 so competeing is out but watchin stuff like that has inspired me to at least to hit the gym again. keep swingin bro
