  • Can't hear anything! Please update.

  • Thanks for the helpful info!!

  • Great info, but I can hardly hear your voice.

  • This could have been very helpful, if only i could hear you.

  • Another question, do you need to look anywhere else outside of the county's recorder of deeds to find liens and other commitments that you might assume as the buyer of the property?

  • Bill, there was a 200k mortgage on this property you said. How did you clear this before purchasing the property?

  • Sound is too low!

  • cannot hear you!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • SOUND IS TOO LOW

  • i cant hear it

  • I agree. The audio was very low!! Please re-record it with a higher level so we can hear it. Also, Los Angeles does not have a system like this to do a free search, you have to pay for it.

  • These are the basics of a title search, but what about searching the current owners for judgments etc? In Louisiana you ahve to separate conveyance and mortgage searches by the owners name; you can't enter the parcel/tax id into the clerks site.

  • The sound was low. Couldn't hear what was said even after changing the volume.
