I agree. The audio was very low!! Please re-record it with a higher level so we can hear it. Also, Los Angeles does not have a system like this to do a free search, you have to pay for it.
These are the basics of a title search, but what about searching the current owners for judgments etc? In Louisiana you ahve to separate conveyance and mortgage searches by the owners name; you can't enter the parcel/tax id into the clerks site.
