Was fortunate to attend both of the recent OT wins against Chicago, and really appreciate your efforts in putting these videos together. Always hoping to catch a replay of the game to get that extra perspective after attending great matches like these, and your preservation of the long-form highlights is as good as I could hope for! Great to have these YouTube memories of two great games. Thanks!
I am a Huge Wings fan and this game was so good, i told my friend : i wouldn't mind this game if it went to OT. When they tied it, he told me : be careful what you wish for.
I told him: no matter what, we are winning 14 in a row at the joe...
Wings are so good it's simply amazing. Can't wait to see these two square up in the playoffs this year. Wings are the Wings and if Chicago learns to put together a complete 60 min game, then look out.
As a Hawks fan, I feel the same. I know I should be hating the Wings, but I can't. The Wings are simply one of the greatest teams in NHL history. They won the Cup four times in eleven years and almost came back from a 0-3 game deficit in the 2011 playoffs (as the Hawks did). Lets's face it: Having them as division rivals only made the Hawks better down the road. Zetterberg, Datsuyk, Lindstrom: you guys are simply amazing. Wish we could meet at least once more during the playoffs.
it feels odd, but I love both these teams. Between Towes and Datsyuk, I can think of a better two way player. Franzen is a big-game power forward, Hossa is a machine. Keith, Lidstrom, Seabrook, Kronwall are top shelf dmen. I suppose you can add superlatives about Kane and Zetterberg, but the teams are both so deep and play such great hockey. It is great to see Bert play a game like this, he has been a class act for Detroit. As a life long wings fan, it is hard not to appreciate the Hawks.
@letmepointout Agreed. Although I wouldn't say I love the Hawks but I respect the hell outta them. I just don't have the same hatred for them as I do for our other "rivals". In fact I hate the Canucks more than them and we haven't even played them in the playoffs since 02.

These two teams have to meet in the playoffs, don't they? All three games have been exciting and it's only the regular season. A 7-game series would give at least two dozen people mild heart attacks. Not that I'm condoning heart attacks or anything...
@donteetpeople Its much easier to edit the afternoon games since I got all day to work on it. For the evening games I have to decide if I want to spend the rest of the night editing so I can upload it overnight or just wait until the next day. Lately its been the latter simply because I don't end up rushing to finish it.
The crazy thing is this could potentially be a first round match-up if the Blues were to win the division.
