Why are you running? You should be walking only, or HIIT, 2:1 ratio so your heart rate is not too high for too long, and as you come down each cycle you will burn more fat.
@cj46526 The guys a sponsored natural bodybuilding athlete. HIIT or not HIIT he's doing something right, fuck off. You've obviously been wanking over Jim Stoppani and his HIIT video. Are you even involved in the sport of Bodybuilding or just bash it out over Wikipedia and YouTube videos?
@Bodybuildinq Dude, have you ever seen this guy with his shirt off? He does not change from time to time at all. I have not even seen any videos of him competing... and his bodybuilding meals are too sloppy. I mean yeah he is a good example of a normal guy that lifts, stays in shape and eats pretty healthy, but not to advertise for a bodybuilder or competing or pre-contest diets come on man.
@cj46526 oh ya thats why right now he ways 240 n if u watched his recent vids u knw that its not a fat 240. he is not just a regular guy that lifts n his fb pic is a pic of him competing
Do you have any other videos that feature your physique as befitting that of a personal trainer? The website photo (the link "about me) features a photo of you at about, it appears, 12-13% bodyfat. Do you have any others? As a personal trainer, I too very much believe we must lead by example, that our bodies must be our business card.
haha just a quick video, i do allot of athletic style cardio training as well, i will get a video up of that...i got an insane vertical..just another day in the gym, i really do enjoy making videos!
@barthelfitness i just wanted to ask an important question. I have heard cardio is extremely important when trying to build muscle and my guess its because you want the nutrition that you take (ex protein) to be absorbed by your muscles efficiently, but when should a person do cardio? before or after a work out? and if i take a post supplement drink will i just burn off the protein and therefore waste it or will it benefit my muscle gains? Thanks man you rule
@Primordialinsight Always do CARDIO AFTER YOUR WORKOUT. First of all, your pre-workout meal should be some protein + complex carbs. When you lift about 1-2 hrs. later that is stored in your muscles as glycogen. You need that to get through your workout. If you do 20-30 mins of cardio first you will deplete all your muscles of glyogen. Then, once you lift you won't have any to use.
@Primordialinsight You can drink your protein shake after your cardio then.... The whole 15-20 min window period is false... After you break down your muscles you actually have a good 2-3 hrs. to get in a shake or some kind of protein.
