@MuaiThaips3 Garland you just buy in the PP Catalog. Shantotto is a little more difficult... First, you need to Beat three character's storylines, then you need to play through hers. Afterwards, she becomes available in the PP Catalog.

If you mean Gabranth, you need to beaqt All Warrior of Cosmos' storylines, and beat Chaos. Play through his storyline, then buy him in the PP Catalog...
