Not sure what you mean, the fairgrounds where the event starts is on 10 w, but most of the big arroyo waterfalls are north of Picacho peak with the entrance off Shalem Colony. Then on the east side of 25, near the dump, there is an entrance to another set of milder jeep trails. Easiest way to get there is to take Dona Ana road north and turn right on Hill road. Best of luck!
