@m09c14 First, launch a map from the main menu by opening up the console (~ button) and typing "map ". This will bring up a list of all the possible maps and you can choose one by scrolling through them with the arrow keys, then hit enter. May need to go into the keyboard settings and enable the console.

Once the map loads, open up the console again and type "sv_cheats 1" to enable cheats, then type "noclip" to be able to fly around. Another good one is "give [weapon]" like "give molotov".
