my 6.5 29/70 reezen shoots a beman ics 400 8.4 gpi at 308 fps all day . with a total arrow weight of 394 grains thats with the 100 gr head included and i shoot 4 inch vanes but my arrows are cut to 28 because i shoot a wb rest .
That sounds weird..If a mathews staff shooter was in a 3d shoot and he/she has a 60lb bow and wanted to shoot close to ibo specs they would void their warrenty just because they are shooting an arrow atleast 5 grains per lb? Where did you here this?
i think your warranty is voided if you shoot under a 5 grains per pound. at ibo its 70lbs so the arrow is 350 grains. at 65 lbs its 325 grains. he shot a 327 grain arrow so no warranty is voided.
i've heard that this bow is a little top-heavy cound't that be solved with a shorter stabilizer, or adjustable weight stabilier like the bone collector stabilizer just trying to figure out what bow to buy
This bow is not top heavy. It is very very smooth drawing and forgiving. Test shoot any bow before you buy it. I would reccommend testing every kind of bow on the rack before deciding. The Monster was for me but may not be for you. When you draw it back be ready to shoot because it wants to go. The Reezen is, like I said, very smooth to draw. The 2010 Monster is a little slower but much smoother than the 09 but I wouldn't trade my 09 for anything.
yea they got leftys. and SNIPER i shoot a mathews reezen 28 inch draw and easton flatline arrows shootin 346 at 67 # pull. sorry you have to pull so hard u shld of got a mathews
My Monster is only 73# and no overdraw. With 390gr. arrows and 29.5" draw and getting 352fps. Wanna talk about speed kills!! And it don't KILL you to pull it back. Who are you Jose Canseco or something?? Who would ever shoot anything but a crossbow at 103# draw?? Silly?? I think so!!
I have an 06 hoyt turbo tec which I shoot a super heavy carbon express rebel and I get 287 fps. at 28.5 inches. I guess I should mention I shoot a special ordered 80lb version though huh? lol Kinetic energy out the butt baby!
what are the bow and arrows law in california?

mathews voids your warranty if you shoot an arrow under 350 grains due to the excessive vibration and abuse from such a light arrow

Why with such a great bow like mathews would you have a Diamond sponser sheet.

Can you test the 2009 martin cheetah's IBO speed? I read a while back that Martin's bows are not really getting the IBO speed they rate it at.
