If you think about it, the way Vizards are treated is almost an example of racism and prejudism in today's society, especially during the civil rights movement. The vizards, those who use their powers for good, have every right to fight along side with the shinigami in soul society just like how Ichigo is respected as a vizard. Now in the current chapters, the vizards that are on the good side are starting to be respected and accepted. I hope more vizards appear.
