This is a great song! The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is one of my favorite Disney films, and I am a big Winnie the Pooh fan, so this is much appreciated.
@Shadow4evva OH MY GOD YES heck i was even GLAD they rereleased the lion king in cinema 3D and i got to see it in theaters and it was MAGNIFICENT i tried so hard not to cry at Mufasa's death D: it made me tear up so hard! I LOVE Walts Magnificent classics unlike now a days movies! They suck! Classics rule 4EVER! :) princess and the frog awesome too ^_^ GO CLASSICS! Boo to FAKE Disney and Teen Drama!
i've grown up with tons of disney movies and toys, it doesn't matter when you're born. my mom was a huge disney fan and didn't stop collecting the movies for me until around 2003 or so, and i'm pretty sure she started collecting before i was born in 1994. i've always been a huge disney fan myself, and even if i had been born in the late 90s, i still would be, so it's really not fair to say that kids born in the laters 90s did not grow up with the older disney films.
Look people I didnt realize how much the freaking music at the end was going to affect you all. Here is a cool idea. SKIP AHEAD I just threw some music at the end to keep people paying attnetion to the copyright of this music and who made it (disney btw)
Everybody who's saying that all the current eleven, twelve, and thirteen year olds can't say they miss Winnie the Pooh because they've always grown up with non-electronic toys, please stop. The whole point of a timeless classic is that you can enjoy it whatever time period you grew up in. All the 1990's people need to stop acting so superior and like they have a higher entitlement to this. The younger people are allowed to love it and miss it too, so please be quiet and let us enjoy the video.
@ the person that doesn't realize kids still watch this stuff. Hello - we are all watching it right NOW. My Daughter is 10, and I am 46. I like Piglet so...trust me - she's seen and read much of this also. Much better than some of the crap on satellite now.
This was the perfect song to describe my labor day weekend. I was in Florida during tropical storm lee, so all that happened the whole weekend was rain and rain and rain.
When i have kids I'm going to buy up alot of disney movies and such, and thats what they will grow up watching! None of the stuff my siblings watch nowadays! I love Pooh! and this song
@HuntinGal98 Psh, of course! No kid should grow up watching that stuff. Ive seen what it does to my sibs and how children act these days. I want my kids to have a clean childhood! and its smart of you to think the same! lol :)
When 6th graders try to act like they can relate to people who grew up in the 1990's... Let's see, 6th grade? So that would make them born in 1999 or 2000, right? Idk but let me tell you, that was around when technology really started to take over simple children's toys. So that little sixth grader down in the comment section needs to stfu and stop acting like he grew up on this when chances are; he probably didn't.
Anywho, I LOVE this Winnie-the-Pooh song! My and my cousin used to sing it all
No lets see. shes 11 now... 2007? very plausible. I mean when i was 6 the most advanced thing I had was Teddy Rupskin and grubby and VIS and a couple Vtech spelling teachers.
2007 sure they missed the bannas in pajamas toys and beanie babies and pokemon(wait never mind) 2007 I graduated HS for a year so there was...the brand new iPod nano...not as much as there is now but mind you, we have no idea WHAT toys she grew up with so please dont be rude ♥
@marittstar At least they realize how sucky things are now compared to back then, most kids don't appreciate the old stuff, not to mention, you have no idea how she was raised, her parents might've given her the had her the good non-electric toys and stuffed animals, and had her watch classics instead of the rubbish they've come out with in the past few years.
It doesn't matter when they were born, if they appreciate the classics and the toys back then, then they've got no beef with me.
@marittstar Seriously? Based on your assumption, it is impossible for the later generations to enjoy the same movies we did as kids. I saw "Snow White" as a kid too, but that movie was made in the 1920's. Did that mean I couldn't enjoy it as much because I saw it on a vcr? No, it did not. Clearly the phrase "A Timeless Classic" is lost on you. As a matter of fact, my neices LOVE this movie, and that are only 9 and 11. Someone who grew up with this should know better than to pick on 12 year olds.
@marittstar I couldn't fit this in my other comment, but this movie was made in 1966. To someone who saw it in theaters, YOU are that kid pretending to relate to people who grew up on this. There was a movie called "The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" made in the 1990's (about 4 decades after the original). This might be the one you are refering to in your post. If that is the case, you should know that this is from the "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh", not from the 90's movie.
@marittstar So?? Who cares? Just because someone is born in 2000 doesn't mean they grew up with this. Stop acting like you are sooo proud of being born in the 1990s because NO ONE CARES. wow
@marittstar haha yer im 15 :) i agree on that so much, some people even think im to young but i had older sisters n brothers (we;re all 90's kids) so i always watched this. but yer i totally agree
I wish being a kid now was like my childhood, I'm only in 6th grade, but when I was like 7, I played with non electronic toys and watched this! Nowadays every stuffed animal you buy has a code for online, and cartoons for kids don't even make any sense anymore, sigh.
@iBr3nna I agree, you may have caught the last of the non electronic toys generation-wise. Nowadays stuff is built to make money, not to use your imagination, or to be clever or funny. But at the very least the classics still exist, so despite mourning over the loss of enjoyable animated movies and the like, we can always go back and remember the good ol' days, ya know?
Love this song..not many English versions of it on Youtube, but the thing at the end ruined it..glad I looked @ all the comments before sharing..bummer!! That music totally wrecked it for me:(
Sadly....YT audio swap wont let me modify the audio to something of my choice. so I paused it for a good 8 seconds to warn people. And id rather not pull the video down to replace it :( unless you think i should.

I'm not saying later generations can't enjoy this,
They have every right to say they enjoy this, it's a classic.
Classics are timeless.
But it pisses me off with these people born 97, 98, 99 saying "they're 90's kids" and they "grew up with this stuff."
