Yes, it's called FPS. The more you have, the smoother the gameplay. This can be done by getting a good computer. With like 4g of ram, a Quad Core, and a really good graphics card(Nvida 9,800 GTX). Having 2 of them is even better =]. Hope i helped

well my laptops a vista premium and ive downloaded game gain but it still doesnt help so i put the graphics to medium low/high

@ReaLSiniisteR Your graphic card isn't good enough... Happens to everyone! You need a pretty powerfull graaphics card to play it perfectly!
