Well, it's an assault on democracy, on freedom. Corporate entities (large corporate entities) quash the free markets... These markets become tightly controlled by a FEW large corporate institutions.

what's wrong with privatization again? at face value, privatizing foreign resources sounds horrible, but once you examine the motivations and incentives presented to private oil companies, it becomes apparent that privatization will work far better than other solutions, like Hilldog's disastrous plan collectivizing the oil profits. There will be no incentive to improve output, or efficiency. Bureaucrats are never accountable to anyone anywhere, especially in Iraq.
