i really dont understand the UK halligan tool. why would you waste a perfectly good end of a tool on a "window breaker"? like any other part of the tool cant be used as a "window breaker"?

@ingles13931 Criminals have been known to rig doors with lines to the electrical socket, with the power controlled by a bouncer. Just grab the door handle-get zapped. Stick an ordinary steel crowbar in the lock-get zapped. Thus, custom built insulated prybars to defeat this boobytrap.
