During a procedure at U of U cardiology I developed PTSD due to patient mishandling. I informed my doctors nurse via email concerning my symptoms and diagnosis. After requesting my emails in the record be printed out I found all the emails having to do with the ptsd diagnosis missing as well as a few concerning chest pains. Although after the request, the emails were all there. Technology is meaningless if the people operating it are of low integrity. Talk to Alyson Harding.
