I love how even when the beatles started really making money they kept the same gear. John is still playing the rickenbacker he had in Liverpool. Same with Paul's Hofner bass. Although it doesn't get much better than rickenbacker.

Actually, today, the music of the popular musicians you hear has nothing to do with their having good technique. It's to do with the power of the digital audio editing tools to correct all of their mistakes. It's almost a given today that someone is going to after the face auto-tune the vocals, cut up the individual tracks into phrases and move them around, replace the drums with samples, and so forth. It's extremely artificial. The real test is what can they do live, without those crutches.

Did you notice that the "guys" aren't drowning out the sound of the amazing music unlike the girls who constantly screamed throughout the performances, i think that's awful. How does men listening to other men's music make them gay? How silly is that. What is this world coming to? Next, maybe if a boy says good afternoon they'll think he's a homosexual or something? It's kind of sad when most of the comments written by girls are about how sexy they are and not about all the wonderful melodies, harmonies and compositions these four self-taught musicians have created.

we are not all the same. Ill have you know, that I listened to all their music, and i picked out my favourites and for some reason I didn't even google them to see what they looked like. I watched Hard Day's Night and I thought they were ugly. now I've changed my mind, but that's not my point. My point is that, because of the beatles I've realized the pop music is really bad, and i'm looking up all these great artists. I love Rock, and I love what they did. I don't care what they look like.
