@StevenCodeBlack I don't think they were going to be executed, but it's just like The Boss (spoiler) she died to save her country and was branded a traitor. Only Big Boss was there to carry on her legacy (spoiler end) so its pretty much the same situation just w/ Snake and Otacon

@bgedranger You mustve had an alert. Thats the main difference between Foxhound and Big Boss is being spotted. Have to do it under 5hrs for Big Boss so the time thing wasnt the issue.

@meeheeg try trap him in a corner and when he gets up do the strong punch twice and he goes down keep doing it and if you have low health keep away from him and keep double tapping triangle and heal your heal your health a decent amount to about 3 bars

OMG I finished the game on big boss with the required requirements and everything was right and it gave me THE FUCKING OCTOPUS EMBLEM AN LIKE 2 OTHERS it gave me the one I didnt have but had reqiurements for EXCEPT FOR BIG BOSS EMBLEM I QUIT playin that game after I broke it

@ThatDragScoper You shouldn't play it on big boss. The last difficult is The Boss, not Big boss. Maybe thats why you didint get the emblem

when you find liquid in the old snake phase the first time you punch him (when you sloww) just keep tapping R1 then you dont have to worry bout him hitting you...

also any part of the other fight parts doge his attacks and grab him near the poles (hold R1) and keep tapping triangle and hold R1 to choke and counter without worries

@EragonTakeo you know what works for me hold R1 to grab him youl do like a couple of elbows to his head or hold R1 and point the analog in any direction and you take him down and start punchin him but be quick to press triangle when it comes up so he cant counter the rest will come to you

i should beat this game under at least 4 hours. can't wait till i get the emblem so i can fight the way i want to instead of non-lethal and to get the big boss mask(solidus) to fuck around with. though your guide might be helpful but the best guide is to go by your own really. by your own i mean take some from others playthrough and combine it into your own. liquid ocelot is a bitch to beat too.

@wheelman1324 everybody sucks at 1st when they 1st play any games. i'm still not perfect at mgs games yet even though i love their storylines and items you can get from them. best bet is save at every scene just in case you get caught. try to get the solar gun by not killing the beauty form of the bosses and at the building where you 1st meet the frog unit it will help to beat the beauty forms on a next playthrough much easier and less time consuming as well vamp fight is easy with it too.

hey i did everything u told me to but our timing is a bit different its 3:07:45 secs...and i have no kills no alerts no recovery no special items used nothing...so finally i see my score and i get a forhound emblem instead of big boss and im so pissed...can u tell me what is it i did wrong...i have a theory but not sure if that could be the reason.when i was low on health a few times in the MCbattle inseat of changing the days i changed the year could that be why i got FHemblem instd of BBE

At the beginning he used a Makarov pistol but Big Boss (naked snake) tells him that he should use a Revolver because of his shooting technique.

In MGS1 he is named Revolver Ocelot and after the fight with him and Snake, Gray Fox comes and cuts off his arm.

In MGS2 he takes the arm from Liquid and puts it instead of the missing arm.

After that Liquid takes control over his body and mind.

worse part for me was the act 2 i kept getting to the end and it sayin 3 kils i thought wtf i never even killed anyone, i thought it must be on the drebin part but after 5 tries it still said 3 kills but my last save was back on act1 frog fight so i quit game deleted them parts and then realised it was the frog battle with laughing octipuss i killed the frogs with the rpg in the boss fight -_-

@alisnake222 Are you sure you got no alerts, no kills, no continues, and didnt use healing or special items? and you were on The Boss Extreme, right? I could see people being confused and picking "Big Boss" difficulty cuz y'know, it's "Big Boss" Emblem.. and you can check your stats (like those 0 reqs i mentioned) at any point by loading a briefing with that save and reading the scrolling text in the middle of the screen... also, I got 2 hours 40 minutes with your help, thanks a ton DMRhythm :D
