  • very good job i like

  • why not?

  • the song is property of the beatles

  • @spiko16 but joe cockers version is better

  • @reggiesax456 you're joking

  • @spiko16 That's why his version is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, his version is much more soulful and just better

  • ok... wat the heck this is poop god

  • good job dude!

  • made my ears smile!!

  • Thanks for replying to the question about the A-F-F# change you do there before the bridge.

I was wondering about that also..and couldnt quite hit it.Keep rockin!

    Josef

  • hmmm... interesting .... listen to john frusciante ( god ) - the past recedes <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

  • I was going to do this song at the open mic I go to every wednesday. I was going to do the Beatles version but after watching this you have given me the nessessary inspiration and shown that it can be done solo with an acoustic guitar. Thankyou !

P.S. what is the chord change at 1:44 just before you sing "Do ya need anybody" ?

  • finger an A chord, hit an A, walk the bass to C#, A chord, F# bass note and play the F# minor chord. Then you walk it down. Do the A to F#minor again and resolve to an E major chord.

  • Sorry for the late reply. Right after i'm done playing the A chord I hit the open 6th string twice (E-note) and move up the the (F-note) and play it once and then strum an F# minor chord.

  • I really like this version.

The Guitar is amazing! And the singing, I really love the high parts. And that it really sounds like your own version and not only trying to imitate Cocker, which I really like about covers!

So good job, five stars, favourite and subscription imidiately ;)

Sorry for my bad english. Take care<3

  • Thank you for watching I am very happy you liked it.

  • this is okay.. but the part where it says, "what would you do if i sang out of tune, would you stand up and walk out on me....and i'll try not to sing out of key.."

i wish you would have stayed true to that, however, you were a bit out of tune and out of key with your voice, guitar was great though

  • Sorry about that, I know that I suck when it comes to singing. Thanks for not walking out on me and taking the time to leave me this cool message. Take Care!

  • My pleasure. You had me singing along.

  • I'm glad you sang along. I don't claim to be a singer. I've been playing guitar for over 30 years and I just started singing a couple of years ago. Some of my friends are surprised that I'm posting videos of me singing because I always refused to sing when I played the guitar. Anyways thanks again and see you soon on the Tube.
