@wachman Tim's already putting a lot of good people in jail. Search "PQI Florida Trial"; his victims, in jail and getting ready for long prison sentences, used Tim's "secured party" process. His contracting with the government, etc, is beyond risky. He loads most of what he says with disclaimers that essentially let people know..."if you do what I teach, you may go to prison for a long time," to his "credit" (?). He preaches the creepy jesus stuff on top of all that. He's VERY BAD news.

@lawbeat3 I understand where you are coming from but I did a little background reading on the case. It seems it involved quite a few backdoor companies and the leadership of those charged outrageous fees for shady services that do not seem to reflect the ethics involved with Tim's process at all. Those people did not seem to have their hearts in the right place if they were willing to charge people upwards of thousands for what Tim teaches at his seminars. 1 guy even pleaded guilty..DOH!

@wachman They were debt elimination people. And whether their hearts were in the right place is irrelevant when it comes to simply executing Tim's secured party process, using it...and then going to jail (two more people are victims of Tim in NY now, as of the past month, grand jury indictments with HUGE bails they can't afford). Pleading guilty secures the record, it does not mean "I'm guilty." Judges charged with crimes always plead guilty quickly to preserve the record 4 vacates/appeals.
