Radars can only detect in 60 km range, and the new S-400 System can only in 400 KM range.
And US, France and UK could infact have Russia blackout in a EMP before your system off launch would work !

@omarfaw Most US military technology is resistant to EMP..... civilian infrastructure is not though.
Anyways if someone was stupid enough to do a large EMP on the US... aka use a high altitude nuke. the US would return with several hundred low altitude nukes.
Most importantly though this is a scenario that will never happen because all the countries with long range nukes will NEVER fight each other because it would be suicide.

@omarfaw well even if they intercepted ALL of the US nuclear missiles which is for all extensive purposes impossible. No country has any way of invading the US. The US has the by far most powerful navy and air force on the planet. The US army is also the most likely candidate for being ranked the most powerful land based force.
Also the US has it's own missile defense systems on land and on ships.
