I've been doing tkd for 18 yrs. And I've done world competitions and held a number of titles. tkd practitioners are all about kicking techniques and she has none
She totally hot fo sho and her kickin techniques are good but she needs to work on her hand speed and blockin cus her kicks can be fast but you hands are faster. If she gets power in those kicks is very important as well.
Did this girl get a real stopping-kick (defend kick) in her leg? :-) Or defending knee in her shinbone? Did anyone grab her leg? This forms of kick-blocks can be pretty mood-destroyers (too). I prefer leg-defends against kicks but my pal grabs them and uses - for example - elbow-strikes against knee.

well, she was enough of an expert to be a martial arts consultant on a David Cronenberg film...and now she's a pretty in demand actress- she appeared in two studio films with wide releases, multiple indies, and had a recurring role on Bones all in 2010, so her acting career is pretty hot right now (well not as hot as she is but still)

She totally hot fo sho and her kickin techniques are good but she needs to work on her hand speed and blockin cus her kicks can be fast but you hands are faster. If she gets power in those kicks is very important as well.

Did this girl get a real stopping-kick (defend kick) in her leg? :-) Or defending knee in her shinbone? Did anyone grab her leg? This forms of kick-blocks can be pretty mood-destroyers (too). I prefer leg-defends against kicks but my pal grabs them and uses - for example - elbow-strikes against knee.
Nice kick drills, so-so, and very-very hot girl she is! Nice vid.

id have to agree with steelB90. the girl in this video has really nice form in her kicks shure shes light weight and wont do much good against some men that have steel strong bodys. but she gets them in the neck and id ashur you they would be down. great speed she has to with multiple kicks.

@Shockate Ehi,wait a moment;I agree that women should never find themselves in the condition to have to fight (hope men can defend them,even better if nobody has to fight), and it's evident that she won't ever have the physic strenght ov a man..but she kiks very well! yes, but unless you are good at martial arts yourself, you wouldn't be able to hit her, and instead she'd knock you down and out very fast - and you'd be tripping in lala land. :) a trained girl beats an untrained guy.

@Shockate Well maybe you are a great and experienced fighter - good for you in that case, I guess. Maybe you could beat the girl in the clip, I don't know. The fact is though that she has two black belts and she could easily beat most men in a fight. So you saying that "women shouldn't fight" is just prejudice. Most men would have no chance against her.
