My God!.........Otis can sing!........who knew? In all seriousness, I've ALWAYS wondered why Otis never took more lead vocal assignments with the Tempts.......at least 1 song per album. Who says being recognized as the official leader of the group means you have to forever remain in the background? Otis Williams can sing.......always could, and still can.

@dynamite8503 Thanks for posting this song!! My "All Directions" album is scratched now. Otis always killed the few leads he did! I had a chance to interview him a year ago, and he said he didn't do more leads because he is actually "shy" and doesn't like to be front and center. Very funny and humble man. I know he enjoyed taking that picture with you... you're cute ;-) Thanks

IMHO Otis deserves all props for keeping the group together,just think without him they would have fallen apart in the late 60's like many other groups did This proves that Otis has a good voice,more of a 50's/60's doo wop sound, could even be jazz...go Otis I also applaud Otis for letting the others shine and giving us so much great music
