AFTER WATCHING THIS VIDEO SEARCH [iretrobaby-lap dance]...15 YEAR OLD RAPPER WITH A BAD ASS FREESTYLE GETTIN THOUSANDS OF VIEWS BY THE MINUTE DEAD SERIOUS! I CANT BELIEVE YOU GUYS HAVENT HEARD IT! GO SEARCH IT UP RITE NOW FOR PROOF
Alot of are starting to people think the interlude and the outro are the best songs of the album which lil wayne is not in those tracks. I think thats a sign meaning that lil wayne's carrier is starting to go down.
@mcgreezyclutch Great review. Like you said; Lil Wayne was wayyy better back in the day. Now his music sounds so repetitive, it's ridiculous. I honestly believe Lil Wayne has become a sold out "rapper". When he went "rock" I was like wtf, but I still gave him a chance. When wayne started singing, I fell off completely with him. I personally can't even take his music seriously anymore...
@shred4life3 listen bro bottom line if wayne wasnt "wayne" then nobody would givafuc bout da boi playn a guitar he wants to learn n he aint say he was the best guitar player nor skater and he wants to learn to do that so niggas need to get off his nuts then judge his music as a person ma niggas lyrics on everysong go too hard
Hey man I agree completely with you. I have always said since 2007 that Lil Wayne is GROSSLY overrated but people never listen. Nas is my favorite of all time and he deserves more recognition. Hey the generation is changing. You should watch Joe Budden's opinion in Hip Hop fans being Fickle on youtube I find it interesting.
i had low expectations comin into this album and honestly i think it's a whole alot better than carter III, for me, i hated that album, it was way to poppy, and on iv almost felt like he went back to the formula he did on tha carter II, don't get me wrong iv is nothin like II but like i said when i bought it and sat and listened front to back, i felt he was tryin to go back.cuz on II with fly in, carter II and fly out, he did the same thing as with intro, interlude and outro..good review
and he been took it to another level n everybody tryna do wayne now n iaint trynadown ur character but ibet n person one on one w wayne u wud never say shit to criticize ma niggas craft u'a freeze up n say soo many compliments tht u aint even believe in lmao btw
look ma dude u are a weirdo for this and u should be ashamedlmao tht u would even try to go in on ma nigga wayne first off the whole rock thing he did was "music!!!!" motivated nigga if u knewhim or had common sense u would kno that but like he said alongas time ago on the documentary he said he gon have the best "songs" not singing so put two and two together and about ma niggas lyrics..its weezy and he only been gettn better
@deez3323 naw, i agree with him, Rebirth was a slap in the face to rock musicians. He felt like after III he could do everything and than album is garbage. He always has a guitar in hand but dude can't even play...this review is unbiased and he did a good job, wayne;s albums that i digg..tha block is hot, 500 degreez, lights out, carter, carter II, and his mixtapes. He;s right Tha Carter III came out, than everyone came out the woodwork, people who were listing to G-unot started jumpin on.
Lilwayne is overrated and he's not even that good, the rap industry is kinda dieing you wanna hear some real rap listen to Tyler, the creator..Biggie,2pac...Lilwaynes also the reason why I changed to Metalcore, thats how bad he is.. just sayin
@BiggieCBeats A 'stan' is basically a metaphor for overly obsessed fans which is what the song "Stan" is about...Nas famously called Jay-Z a phony and a stan on his "Ether" diss record back in 01. A 'stan' isn't necessarily aimed at Em fans or overly obsessed Em fans...it's universal.
I completely agree with you Greezy. the difference is that thank me later had a bit more quality rap wise. Carter 4 sounded like the same on every track with no versatility. The overuse of delayed metaphors get really annoying if you listen to rap for lyrics. Even if i only cared about beats i cant see how people can overlook the boring flow he has on this LP. I dont expect Common like subject matter but lil wayne's flow is too familiar for me to like song after song.
Album was decent for what it is. Pop rap. Wayne talks about nothing, but talks about nothing pretty damn well. Not near a classic, a good, forgettable album and im 14 and really in2 lyricsm and i kind oof ppick apart hip hop, and this delad metaphor shit, it drives me crazy, jayz and eminem and other real rappers can use great metaphors with out the delay shit. I fuuckin hatte iit when my friends say wayne is the best nd em cant b cuuz hez white, and jayz too old. Overall decent album, made for
@BrooklynJEW7 no not all sales and fanbase doesnt make it populairty contest i mean i do get wut ur saying but thats opinion on whos good the only tru hard facts would be fans and sales and number one is tupac then comes eminem =) do the research man if pac was still alive and eminem and pac did a collab album its gaurenteed diamond no if and buts about it
@AM33ZY I agree on that part. But i also feel personally that back then, album sales mattered more then they do now. Now we have good artists cheated on because people only download the music for free. And then you have others make it big because of who they are associated with and not their music quality. I just think that now awards and album sales have diminished as a way to grade how good a rapper is doing.
@BrooklynJEW7 no album sales will always matter the same and ur so called "good" artist could be shitty in others ppls eyes u cant bring opinion in to any matter
@AM33ZY Im not really claiming whats not good. That wasnt my point. My point was that album sales and fanbase doesnt mean as much as it once did in the past.
@BrooklynJEW7 its still the only facts and will only still b the only facts it still means exactly the same ppl act like sales in music went down alot wen it really didnt
This album was whack as hell!

Ok dude your saying lil Wayne is the best current rapper? Ummmm what about eminem??
KillaE234 2 months ago
@KillaE234 i wouldn't put Eminem in the same time with lil wayne. Eminem was around with people like tupac, biggie, snoop dog.
matter of fact Eminem had a career before tupac, biggie, and snoop dog he didn't start getting notarized until "hi my name is "

Carter II, best album hands down.
