I was finally to open my iPhone case, despite watching this video over and over about 12 times over 10 minutes. This video is terrible. Sorry I haven't read everybody's post (in case this has been answered already), but has anyone encountered problems getting the case to snap together as easily with the iPhone inside as it does when empty? It's as if my iPhone is just a smidge too long for the case to snap around it. I see how it's supposed to fit, but can't quite get the darn hard plastic case to actually "encase" the thing. It fits together fine as long as there's not a pesky iPhone in the way!

The case will pop out of that belt holster in a minute, advice it too remove the rubber outside case and maybe even the hard plastic case and go with just the bare iPhone!! I have had this case for about 6 months and almost lost my iPhone because of that stupid belt holster set up!! Also, the Griffin cigarette USB charger will not work when the case is on the phone!! The Otterbox USB are of the case is tight and it seems only the official Apple USB plug will work on this case!!

@Zoe castillo.. To open the otterbox hard case your iPhone is in .. #1, be patient lol, it's not easy dealing with this case.

#2, with the iPhone facing away from you (so you can see the lens of the camera) there are three little connectors. The first two you want to undo are halfway up on the right and left on the sides, and the other one to undo is on the top middle. Undo those three and you'll be good to go.

I swear to fucking God that this case is fucking impossible to open again after you put your iPhone inside. My fingers are bleeding from trying to snap it open and I've had no success yet.

To reopen, it is simple, first use a small Tweezers (those for plucking eyebrows). to elaborate, Tweezers make use of two third-class levers connected at one fixed end (the fulcrum point of each lever)

then, use ONE of the levers which will usually fit into any of the 3 gaps( the 3 main points are located at the top and one on each side) of the inner otterbox(the hard plastic part) where you are supposed to ply open.

Once you have one of the level in any of the 3 main points, push the lever of the tweezers in the direction pointing towards you, in other words, push the lever of the tweers downwards, you will hear a click sound which indicates the otterbox is opened on part you have tried opening, apply the same method to the other 2 points of the otterbox. you can open it in less then a second.

Baught this case and it is in fact the best case available on the iPhone case market! I have wasted money on 19 other cases... including the incase slider. The incase slider was the best out of the 19 but the problem was that the black soft layer came off very easily. The otterbox is the best case! It is the most protective and the most sylish case. I feel like i am a spy because of how the case looks! I would buy it 50 more times if i had to! Buy it! Nice how to.

No More Water Marks Trick , you need to use apple powersupport screen protecters "anyone will do, i applied screen protecter on iphone w/case> Still had water marks in fact more! So i used the hard plastic throw away protectors , that actual protects the sceen protecters when packaged ! i cut the hard plactic to fit inside the case " it just sits inside no stickty stuff to worry about , just trim to fit tight inside the ottorbox screen ! THIS DOES WORK NO MORE WATER SPOTS , NOW I CAN SLEEP!!!!
