@xkruulx You do know that its a multi-vitamin? it has Amino acids which really help with muscle recovery. The one side effect I notice while taking it is that I pee green, which is normal with a lot vitamins. If your working out or dieting you SHOULD take a Vitamin to make sure your getting everything you need. I am not a pro but I lift with a trainer for my travel baseball team.

@ethiopiantribe With Ban products most of the time they make deals with companies saying they can sell what they have in stock or sell it for a certain amount of time. PLUS supplements aren't reviewed by the FDA and if you read bottles or their websites their labs are subject to "CHANGE" which means unlisted crap. Idk if it helps and I know i'm not a pro or the person you wanna hear from. Just helping. GOOD LUCK LIFTING BRO!
