You're pretty good at not knowing a shit what you're talking about.

AMD has 3D too. CUDA is slower than OpenCL and is not used in any famous software for rendering. Most 3D render programs use OpenGL where AMD is better than Nvidia in most cases. Some systems w/ an AMD card beat a comparable card from Nvidia in its own physics benchmark.

It may be true that stronger AMD cards will beat lesser NVIDIA cards in physx calculations, but dual AMD cards won't beat dual NVIDIA cards because one of the two cores would finally be dedicated for physx calculations (which it was designed for)

@1gtaking1 Well I still don't like NVidia because they're trying to tell you that their cards are something special and can do what AMD cards cant for example PhysX & CUDA while PhysX is a physics engine replacable with havok and CUDA is compared to OpenCL very slow and not even an open standard.

Also NVidia tried to get a place for their tegra 2 chips on the android market. They just gave money to developers to develop their games for TEGRA2 chips ONLY.

The thing is: its not even a fast chip.

@point6000x Well mate, I first bought Nvidia's cards, but then got attracted away by the AMD hardware specs. I had the top end AMD cards and with many games there were huge problems, some would run SO well, others not at all. now I've gone back to Nvid, their cards look less powerful but their drivers and resource assignment are fantastic. ALL my games run perfectly, not SOME. In the benchmarks the 6990 still loses to SLI 580's. So for what I've seen, read and experienced. Nvidia are my choice.

I also wonder how "misshaped" the 3D is. Cus, depending on the angle of the sidescreens and the position of your head, the 3D image should be calculated different to have the effect you are really looking through some windows.

I hope they add head and eye position detection relative to screen(s)position soon to the hole 3D experience. Only then it will feel like real 3D. (Actually it would be good for the generation of correct 2D images of a 3D world also...)
