  • Hello i am a new Nevada owner and would like to know if you could PM a link to where you got them mufflers cause they sound amazing, the bike sounds nice with the originals but they have nothing on the Screaming Eagles.

    thanks

  • looks good

  • Can anyone tell me where the best dealership for these bikes are please

  • @joshbenlou

lia imports is the best place to get one. they deliver anywhere in the uk. i have a 2nd hand one for sale myself for 700 quid, matt black with white stripes, it's been modifyed with free flow exhaust, race cdi, k&n style filer, etc. great little 125 for anyone looking to learn. theres an ad for it on the pnoc forum.

  • @joshbenlou thanks for the advice

  • can someone send me a link to a website that supply these bikes (uk please) thanks.

  • @1OLDSKOOL1

try the forum for info on buying. the site address is in the vids descrition

  • Im hoping to get one of these bikes within the next month, are they worth the money, only ive been told they cut out all the time

  • hi m8 ive jst turned 18 and been savin for a 250 bike and test etc and would like to kno if u cud recommend any, ive looked at the 250 version of this bike and was wonderin what its top speed is, thanks

  • @mikeymandem the top speed on the 250 is not much more than the 125, i think it tops out at about 70mph but they take off like they mean it.

dont forget these are cruisers, and not high powered ones like your goldwings or harleys, these are all about looks and reliability.

  • the 250 is ment to have a top end of 70mph, so it sounds like theres something wrong with yours. have you checked both spark plugs to be sure your getting spark? have a look on the pioneer nevada forum and post a question about it, there are loads of people on there who can give you some info. but when you do please add a bit more info about your bike so they can help ya better.

i'm on there as bobbyboy75 the address for the fourm is in the vids decription.

  • nice bike :) I'm thinking of getting one, but I've heard they struggle on hills a bit - how does it manage with a pillion passenger?

  • they can struggle on hills, but you really cany expect much from a 125 thats this heavy. saying that i get about 45mph up hill, but 65 cruising on the flat.

pillion passengers are not really a problem, you do need to remember to brake earlier but thats the same with any bike.

have a look at the vids description for the forum, theres loads of info there about these bikes from loads of people who own them.

  • thanks, i'll take a look at the forum

  • of course it's chinese, the pioneer is a chinese make. i paid £1200 for mine, new, from alpha custom bikes in kent, and it came with all the extras, so £500 is a pretty good deal. i'd be a ask the seller why they are selling tho, 24 miles is not much more than they come off the boat with. might be something simple like they couldnt get on with it, a lot of people perfer the twist and go scooters as they are less work, but lack the fun.

  • Yeah, i just picked mine up today :) it's fucking awesome... the reason the guy got rid of it is because he couldnt ride it, he just needed toget rid of it.

  • Does it actually do 70 like all the advertisements say? lol.

If you could get back to me it would be much appreciated.

  • it does, but not straight away, after it's run in, and with a bit of modding it'll hit 70 easy. i had it up to 75mph but that was after a few mods.

have a look at the forum, the address is in the vid description, there are a bunch of members who are into modding on there.

  • how fast is it before run in? the one i'm getting has only done 24 miles

  • while running in, try to keep it under 5000rpm, about 40mph, try the forum for more info, the address is in the vids discription.

  • How much did you pay for yours? The one i'm looking at is £500, only done 24 miles... do you think it's a good deal? maybe it's chinese.

  • Comment removed

  • Can you get parts easily for this bike if anything goes wrong or not?

  • no worries, parts can be got at lia imports, alpha custom bikes, llexitar, mjm, etc. have a look at the forum for more info, it's in the vids info.

  • yes, it's the pioneer nevada xf125l-4b

  • the mark of this motorbike is pioneer wright?

  • Nice bike Bobbyboy75uk, it's nice to see someone who takes pride in their kit. Keep on modding mate =D

  • yeah mate, it's 1,n,2,3,4,5

have a look at my forum for more info about. address is in the vid info

  • or8 pal, im thinking of getting one of these soon and just wondered what the gear sequence is on this bike? is it just the standard 1 down, 4 up?

  • if you wanna know more mate, have a look at the pioneer nevada forum, the link is in the vids info section

  • to be honest with ya mate, there good, bu you cant expect a harley, it's only a 125cc and it's chinese, but i will say your getting a hell of a lotta bike for the price

  • thanks m8. i have been interested in either one of these or a cbr125 (i know 2 complete oposits) how hard were the mufflers to fit. how did it sound before

  • i was close to getting one of these but i was put off by reviews of poor build quality and the fake chrome comming off easy. whould you aggree or are you chuffed with yours.

  • iv seen same reviews regarding nuts n bolts cummin off but that issue does not apply if u buy from liaimports as they do thurough pdi unlike marshys motors, also the bolts have been changed i believe but it doesnt take long to go over your bike to check it out and tighten things up, go on the pnoc forum site and you will find all answers you need b4 buying by ppl who already own and run this bike. the uploader of this vid is admin on that site and he does good reviews on things to do to ur bike

  • im getting one in november carnt wait!

  • Hey mate where and how much did you get them + installed for?:D I got one looks sweet!

  • i got the pipes from ebay for £30 (got lucky bidding) and i installed them myself, just used a grinder to take off the old ones and clamps with reducers to fit

  • im getting that bike!! as soon as my 5 grand from my mum and dad comes in when im 18 im going directly to Great Yarmouth import bikes and buying that! dunno whether to get it in the red/silver or all black yet.

  • well they have a matt black one that look really nice, but i liked the classic look with the red and silver.

you when you get it it comes with some average mufflers, that sounds kinda boring, so get some slash cut harley pipes like i did, sounds insane!

  • how much does a bike like that cost in the u.k.

  • this bike was £1200 from alpha custom bikes, in kent, and the mufflers are about £150 so all in all it's a good buy

  • I know... seeing some places selling just the bike as standard is a complete shock, especially some prices as high as £1500. Alpha Custom is £1200, with all the extras!!!! You should make a nice little show off video about the remote start etc... Very swish bike; getting mine soon within the next month (Hopes: explaining the arrival of a bike to an unknowing mother shall be entertaining =PP) May take you idea about the screaming eagle slip-ons. Sounds IMMENSE!

  • the word envy comes to mind

  • thanks mobilefreek, nice of ya to say

  • Tell me if im wrong, but dont all the import nevadas come with all the extra, i.ealarm, remote start already built in. Its not a shop extra, its how the bike comes.

Marketing my friends, marketing. Btw my black ones here in about 3 weeks

  • naw, some places are dishing these things out with no extras, and making them add on's, i think there trying to con more money out of people, but the good folks at alpha custom bikes throw it all in, and at a reasonable price. they do however try there best to get you to buy other bits tho. lol
