From that point on traffic can travel going west but he is going east except for a STRAY who has not a clue that the 202 was not yet open to complete the round robin (NOW OPEN) and puts you back in mesa if you stay on it and it's a long drive because it is way south of mesa-tempe but if you live in queen creek or gilbert or off hunt highway then you could use the 3 exits including the hawes exit

I'm pretty sure they managed to close that side of the highway, as you only see a few rear lights, on the side of the road, which could potentially be police/cameraman cars.
