My motivation comes from my legs. I have been an athlete all my life. I am 24. My legs always gain muscle fast and stay that shape mostly even if i am not working. Everybody has some body part which gains muscle very good. Watch that part everyday and get motivated. Thumbs up so everyone can see.
Stop looking at these professional body builders and let me add, Stop looking at these Celebrities with their extreme, weight loss transformations! The Shits not healthy.
What about conditioning? Im 16 and just started wrestling practice a week ago, from 3:00 to 5:56 or 6:00 everyday weekends included, how do I motivated myself?
I stopped seeing gains about 6 months back!! I switched everything up, added more weight, 6 - 10 reps and working out til failiure on every exercise and still nothing, almost 4 years working out now, gained about 20 lbs of muscle in all, any advice to starts seeing gains again??

That shit is so true i started working out a year ago was working out every fuckin day long workouts didnt give a shit about nutrition kept that shit up for two weeks gave up lmfao started watching your videos fixed my workout routine started reading books on nutrition and im starting to make progress, If you don't plan don't research you will fail every time.
no i workout about 1 to 1 and a half hours. i do 12,8,6,4 reps and I do three sets of those 4 sets and I do that for 3 different excercises for each muscle group so i take 4x3 which equals 12 and then I take 12 and multiply it by 3 for each different excercise and then i take 12x3 which is 36 so i do 36 sets for each muscle group so for arms its shoulders. triceps. biceps and forearms and that is all 144 sets so not 126 sets. I actually do 144 sets :D and im at da gym 4 bout 1 hr.

Veeery funny video, Kevin is extremly sympathetic guy, really!! Great guy! Keith too :). I do now around 15 series, but.... separatley at each end I do about 5-6 series legs and abdos. This becausde of my age I have to get the legs under pressure 4x a week. Otherwise I do not feel "ready to walk". It replaces my aerobic work, bike or stepper....I changed from 34 series workout after I saw first time TWINS but.... 12 series I find excessively low, I am sorry for that!
