If i remember correctly he is immune to priest mana burn. But these days with all the ways to get epics. IE: PVP. Most any group of 10 people can kill him before the pyro anyway, so it is best not to worry about it.

I mean, healbot assigns spells to buttons. IE: Left click is flash heal (1,5 casting time) and right click is holy light (3 secs). I kind of always use flash heals, like mostly everyone I think. But when my party member's hp is like below 40%, even if I left click, my big heal casts. That's fucking ridiculous!! There are like at least 3 heals in raids, so whats the point in wasting time/mana? wipe? I'll check out for perfect raid ASAP
Make sure you have HealBot set up NOT to 'smart cast' when you are out of combat. There is a setting that makes HealBot select different spells on its own. Disable this.
I am not sure. I use it all the time now, this video was a long time ago so I'll just be honest and say I dont know why. I casted it at the beginning and probably forgot about it. It was a relatively new spell at the time so I was probably just not very familiar with it at the time.

haha, the good old days of not killing him before the polymorph. My guild uses 3-4 interrupts, 1 rouge, 1 warrior, 1 mage, and a Feral Druid that has his S3 gloves (allows maim to silence).
We normally get him with about 30-40% of mana left, he polys and drinks at abour 30%, so 26k mana.
I downloaded praid because I needed/wanted a healing addon...how do you get yours to change in size. I know with the UI scale I can change the size of all my buttons but is there a way to control the size of praid itself when it's showing up on the screen? I hope you can understand what I'm asking. A good DPS player can compare himself to a healer, but likes like .01%. Most DPS just can of sit back and spam their main attack button. It takes no skill to be DPS.
usually Ill pop a mana pop early in the fight so that I can use it later on during the fight.
Also especially recently they have increased mana regen so much that if you are good for the most part u wont run out of mana untill near the end of the fight.
Good mana conservation is a huge part of being a good healer.
As long as u dont wait till ur mana is at 0 to cast a pot you can usually use at least 2 mana pots every fight. that is an extra 3000mp approx. Then with Shadow Fiend, Mana Totems, Vamperic Embrace and just Mana regen on your gear ull have plenty of mana.

We stopped DPS at 45%, and he burned all his mana down, and then drank a pot. After we brought him to less than 40%, he summoned the elementals. We tried handling the elementals, but he sheeped us.
What gives? This strategy no longer works I suspect.
We got him down twice now. Swapped in a decent lock, and DPS'd like mad. Elementals came and went. after 1 elemental was feared and the other banished, the DPS was pwning the 3rd while the 4th was going to town on us. Shade magnetic pulled us, and I intercepted the 4th and beat the crap out of him. With 4 members left and Shade down to 6%, we were nearing victory. Shade down, 3 of us left standing. No healers, to res, but cables FTW.

I used Perfect Raid, but I do not think it has been updated in a long time. So you might have to change some stuff manually to get it to work perfectly. Search it on Google to find it, Curse doesn't have it I don't think.

It was a long time, but we didn't have 100 strats when this video was made. We decided to wait for him to sheep us at 40% so we would be sure not to have the elementals up at the same time. This was long before the nerf, when he was at least a little hard.
This fight was executed before he was nerfed. Granted, he was still not a too terribly hard boss, but now, even retards can kill him. =) Yay, noob elementals.
Kara's the biggest joke, people can move, just not whose in the flame wreath fyi. I'm glad we finished BT, except now i'm bored, all we do is PVP and farm the rest of our set. Not a bad video though.

thats the weird thing, my computer's headphone jack is in the front and mic in the back...so i just plug in the mic and listen from the speakers...and it still wont record game sound. only what my mic picks up...any help?
Yea, I have the same general problem. The only way I can get it to record the in-game sound is to unplug my headset and just use the computer speakers to hear. I suppose it might be different if I had a stand-up mic, instead of a headset with microphone.
what did you use to record the video? all the other videos on here they overlayed music which is bogus. i always like hearing the run leader and officers call out the abilities/moves on vent and now voice chat ?
my guild is so stuck on this. we force a polly early, but when the elementals come out all hell breaks loose. It seems like after your polly you wait on dps until you top everyone off. also, priests dont fear when the elementals come out. Do you get in position so tanks can grab em when they do spawn, or do the tanks have to run there.
My suggestion is bring 2 warlocks and crowd control them all. Or bring 1 warlock and have your tank off tank 2 of them and the warlock cc two of them.
If you are going to get polyed make sure u get polyed before 40% HP. In the video we stoped DPS at 50%, waited to get polyed, then we healed up. Elementals come out at 40%.
You also killed him 7 months after the dungeon was put in the game. KZ is pointless to do now, anyone who has any skill at all can get into a guild starting SSC with crafted/pvp epics.
Yeah two of our founding members were rogues, so we had them in the same KZ group till we split into 2 groups. And we also had 2 warriors with us, but they were for tanking. No luxory of Feral Druids at the time.

Yeah they nerfed the fight like crazy, and we also had pretty horrible gear back then so we had to use strategy to kill the bosses. Now KZ is a joke because all the fights were nerfed like crazy.

If you cross over the fire ring everyone in the raid take a ton of damage. And at level 70 probably will die. Not sure how much it hurts at level 80.

Im not using Healbot, that is perfect raid. I dont think you can get addons that automatically pick spells. I haven't tried healbot though.

It was a long time, but we didn't have 100 strats when this video was made. We decided to wait for him to sheep us at 40% so we would be sure not to have the elementals up at the same time. This was long before the nerf, when he was at least a little hard.

This fight was executed before he was nerfed. Granted, he was still not a too terribly hard boss, but now, even retards can kill him. =) Yay, noob elementals.

The all have their place in 25 man raids.
My guild usually ran with 3 pallys 2 Shammys 1 Druid and 1 Priest.

thats the weird thing, my computer's headphone jack is in the front and mic in the back...so i just plug in the mic and listen from the speakers...and it still wont record game sound. only what my mic picks up...any help?

Yea, I have the same general problem. The only way I can get it to record the in-game sound is to unplug my headset and just use the computer speakers to hear. I suppose it might be different if I had a stand-up mic, instead of a headset with microphone.

Youtube does that. When I record it it records at 100% quality so when I play it back it actually looks like I am playing the game.

my guild is so stuck on this. we force a polly early, but when the elementals come out all hell breaks loose. It seems like after your polly you wait on dps until you top everyone off. also, priests dont fear when the elementals come out. Do you get in position so tanks can grab em when they do spawn, or do the tanks have to run there.

The elementals have such low life now, I would just kill 2 of them. And CC the other 2 if you have a warlock.
If you dont have a warlock just kill all of them. Make sure ur healers bring mana pots though if u do this.

My suggestion is bring 2 warlocks and crowd control them all. Or bring 1 warlock and have your tank off tank 2 of them and the warlock cc two of them.
If you are going to get polyed make sure u get polyed before 40% HP. In the video we stoped DPS at 50%, waited to get polyed, then we healed up. Elementals come out at 40%.

You also killed him 7 months after the dungeon was put in the game. KZ is pointless to do now, anyone who has any skill at all can get into a guild starting SSC with crafted/pvp epics.

Yeah two of our founding members were rogues, so we had them in the same KZ group till we split into 2 groups. And we also had 2 warriors with us, but they were for tanking. No luxory of Feral Druids at the time.

Yeah they nerfed the fight like crazy, and we also had pretty horrible gear back then so we had to use strategy to kill the bosses. Now KZ is a joke because all the fights were nerfed like crazy.

rawr..TF is a great 70 wep. look at nihilum main tank..a lot of times he uses TF.. TF is a great tanking wep still because of the threat it generates..
