I think I might have been to this mall... its like the savanah mall. I saw a photo of it at christmas for sale at a carnival in ontario beach rochester.

It looks like a dover elevator.. What about lanterns and chimes??

@anglerfly No, it's a Monty. It was modernized in 1993-94, they turned off the chimes, and both lanterns are dead. It used to have a really loud fan, but that's also been shut off. This is a very rare elevator, I've only seen two. this one in person, and a picture of one in a mall in Roanoke, VA (forget what it's called). I'd be surprised to find another one like this!
