This is the most fun I have ever had w/a civilian AR in my life! I bought one of the first thinking the Fed's would outlaw it quickly. Its over a year later and so far so good. I installed mine on a 7.62x39 upper and empty a 30-round mag in around 2-seconds. It never fails to have a crowd of people come over and want to try it. It shoots accurate enough with good controlability. I also am shooting steel case w/no problems to my AR as some people have mentioned. Live Free or Die!
Get yours now-once some psychopath uses one to mow down a school bus full of special education students, I;m sure they will be de-certified by our friends at the BATFE.
Just on my way to pick one up. FINALLY.... got them back in stock. This vid. influenced our buying decision. Not only is it SO simple. SO easy to use and install. It looks SO much fun I cant stand it ! Thanks for your post, Dave (a responsible and LEGAL shooter)
@Nationofhonor There currently are two competing patents on the bumpfire system. One is held by Slide Fire Solutions and the other by Fostech. Until their patents expire, you won't see any other bumpfire stocks on the market. If one crops up, they will be sued by these two companies. So for the time being there won't be any viable competitors on the market for many years.
The ability that makes the weapon fire more than one round per depression of the trigger is inherent to the weapon, that is what the ATF will say. It doesn't matter if its the weapons mechanism or stock or whatever else gives the weapon that capability, it's a full auto weapon in the courts opinion. And that means you just: manufactured a full auto weapon, possessed, transfered and sold illegal weapons, and made irrefutable video evidence. Have fun in federal prison!
@telesniper2 Each stock ships with a copy of the BATFE approval letter stating it is in fact legal in their opinion. Do you think, almost two years later and over 100,000 units sold the ATF isn't aware of this device?
@Sturmgewehre Keep in mind, BATFE approval doesn't mean anything to them(or the courts), they are subject to change their minds without further notice. They have quite a history of doing this. Also, the ATF doesn't care about x units being sold (in fact they have let thousands of full auto weapons into circulation themselves - fast and furious) they care about making big cases to up their stature in the executive branch hierarchy.
@telesniper2 It does mean something, it means as of right now these are legal to be sold and the ATF doesn't care. Sure, anything can change. However, under current law they would have to go to Congress to ban these as there's no mechanical operation of the trigger (no spring). Bumpfiring doesn't require this stock, all it requires is a semi-auto and a trigger finger. I know you're talking about the Akins debacle, I know Bill personally and he's involved with the Bumpski and AA2.
@Sturmgewehre Just have a BLAST with it while WE can. I feel that you are ruining your fun having to explain and defend yourself to everyone on here. Dont let them get under your skin. Its legal as of now. Its fun as of now. And it works so darn well !
@telesniper2 It's also worth noting that similar products such as the Hellfire and other "trigger activators" have been on the market legally for over two decades. The Akins Accelerator was a unique case and ultimately it came down to the spring in the stock causing automatic fire mechanically.
@telesniper2 oh, by the way, this only shoots one round per depression of the trigger. every time you pull the gun forwards while maintaining forward pressure depresses the trigger each time. so... my gun is still semi-auto, i just found a way for it to bounce without moving my finger.
@telesniper2 fkn read and listen dumbass. Its totally ATF approved, its just bump firing so he wont be having fun in prison, sadly(i hear the sex there is fantastic) inform ur brain before opening ur mouth u tool.

I want one and it better freakin work for that price ($349) is freaking steep considering this technology and the legality..... Ive been trying to buy one for the last two hrs and I cant find a supplier and I still havent placed my order.....
Does this guy really mean that an M16A2 costs $15,000 (fifteen thousand) or was it supposed to be $1,500 (which sounds more reasonable). Don't get me wrong, its expensive either way, but $15k is not so far off the price of a new Mustang, and you can get an AK for under $50 in most parts of the world...
Also, after a little research I found out that the cost price to the US govt. for each M16 is about $200, so for $15k.... hell, I'd choose the Mustang :-P
@cm1106 They run $13,000 to $15,000 depending on how rare the rifle is. Machine guns were banned in 1986 and no new ones are able to be sold to the public. All that's left are guns built before 1986. Given how rare they are, the price continues to go up.
@Sturmgewehre Thanks for the reply. I had no idea the Firearm Owners Protection Act had such a dramatic effect on the pricing, but when you put it like that I can see why. Great channel anyway, you've got my subscription :-)
It probably isn't. I live in the People's Republic of New Jersey and here is the word from Sportsman's Guide:
WARNING: You must be 18 or older to purchase Assault Rifle Parts.
WARNING: Assault Rifle Parts cannot be shipped to CA; Chicago, IL; New York City; NJ; D.C.; MA; Canada or Puerto Rico. Please check your State, County and City laws for restrictions before ordering Assault Rifle Parts.
So, they won't even send it to you or me. BTW, SG was selling them for $325.
@jamesassbag You have to decide for yourself if spending 10 years of your life in prison, forever being a convicted felon and never being able to get a good job or even own a firearm for the rest of your life is worth the risk. Full auto isn't that cool if you ask me, but people go to prison for it all the time. You would have to ask one of the convicts if they thought it was worth it. I suspect most would say no.
@Sturmgewehre Dude - You need to worry less about OTHER peoples problems and focus on your own. And judging by your responses ... Yooouve got some foooocusin' to do Luuuuuucy!
Do you think this would work with a gas blow back Airsoft M4? Mine is completely mil spec, but I don't know how much kick is required for the stock to operate properly, and I'd need be, I can stick a small spring in the back.
@tlongj If the OEM puts such parts in you are generally fine. Where you run into problems is when you buy machine gun parts and install them into rifles that didn't ship with them. It's a gray area of the law, but people have gotten into trouble for it.
Part 1: PLEASE READ AND LIKE IF YOU WOULD BUY ONE. I'm not being a "Like Whore" i just wanted to tell you all something. Since viewing FPSRussia's slidefire video I did some research and found no evidence of any slidefire system for any solid stock weapon systems. so i did some brainstorming and came up with a design i belive will work and will be easy to install and maintain on almost ant cal. and type of weapon system with a solid wooden or possibly ABS plastic stock.
@SmittysTuts If your design relies upon a finger rest, you won't be awarded a patent. If your design relies upon the non-shooting hand to pull forward on the rifle to work, you won't be awarded a patent. Both Slide Fire Solutions and Fostech have patents on these two aspects of bumpfiring and if you made a commercial product that used either of these features you would be in violation of their patents.
@Sturmgewehre Thanks for the info. and yes you are right. but if this design is made for personal use and is not sold whatsoever then it would be great! because think of hoow many more weapon systems use a solid stock and are semi-auto. That was what got my ideas going... The possibility for a stock as efficient as the one shown in the video but to be used on other weapon systems. :D
@SmittysTuts As long as you don't sell a product that infringes on someone else's patent, you're fine. It's when you start selling it you will find yourself in court most likely. :) I am curious to see what you come up with. If it's something that works, you might be able to sell the idea to Slide Fire or Fostech.
@Sturmgewehre Plus im only 16 so the possibility for patents was a little far off anyways. I just want to design it and make it to my own specifications.
PART 2: I am currently manufacturing a prototype for a pellet gun as a "Proof-of-Concept." Basically to see if it will slide efficently enough to be mounted to possibly a Ruger 10-22. In the meantime I will push forth and if a stock is to become successful I will likely apply for a patent.
@BloodOfTheUnicorn Yea it is. I saw it at my local gun show. Who would be crazy enough to have it out and open with tons of cops there. Plus its legal because you have control of how many bullets you fire
@drfflame Why would it increase recoil? Since more energy goes into the reciever traveling into the back of the stock, the recoil is effectively dampened, not amplified.
@drfflame I don't get more, actually, I get better groups then with a buddies M4. With how the recoil works, it's going back and forth instead of up and down.
@Game4Power Thank you :) I would hate to see something like a Slide Fire Solution product get BANNED because people are ignorant assholes and call it full auto when it's cleary bump fire. Game4Power, you're #1
Everyone seems to be concerned about the legality of this accessory, but how about what it does to the factory warranty of your weapon? Does the addition of it void the warranty?
Is this stock left hand shooter friendly? It sucks being a south paw. I had to use a snap on brass deflector on the earlier AR A1 before they integrated a deflector.
@stickmymasta Yes! It will work on any GI style AR-15 with adj stock. If you have a commercial buffer tube it will work... but mil-spec is better. For best results get a lighter trigger... either drop in or a trigger job. My trigger job was done by STS and breaks at 4.5 lbs. You don't want much lighter than that for a combat rifle.
America is becoming a country of whiners, complainers and sissies. If you won't buy this stock then shut the fk up and continue to suck the ATF and goverment coock.
@Sturmgewehre, so where does the BATF draw the line as to what external mods you can do to fake out full auto ?
can you make your own stubby trigger, install it and add some external gizmo in the trigger guard to make the trigger function ? but I'm thinking that would be multiple rounds per trigger pull.
I LIKED THIS STUFF WHERE I CAN BUY THIS ? I'M FROM PHILIPPINES IN WHAT WAY I CAN GET THIS IN OUR COUNTRY DO HAVE AUTHORIZED GUN STORE HERE IN OUR HOMETOWN?
Crazebadinc85 said it all. It's about the thrill of full auto. Not accuracy. I bump fire because it's fun, but I also employ the techniques Chris Costa and Travis Haley of Magpul Dynamic for semi-auto accuracy. It's the same reason people buy Ferraris to drive the on a road with a speed limit.
@wtfdudenotcool101 In california, recent laws were created in my city to ban plastic bags at grocery stores. (in the name of environmental concerns) For a week, I carried my groceries by hand to the car...now, we just go to costco and buy plastic bags in BULK. This is the kind of stupidity california legislators think of. Absolutely horrific.
stroys and undermines almost every key fundamental in marksmanship. Grated you're sticking it to the man by purchasing this loophole, but is it really worth it? No....no its not. Save your $350.00 and buy a gay ass useless green laser to slap on your AR. At least people will know you're a tool before you shoot them.
First of all, if there are loopholes in our obviously flawed and oppressive system that allow such contraptions that make it easy and affordable for poor slack-jawed yokels to own and operate "full automatic" weapons at a cost affective rate then why not just lift the goddamn ban and allow us our 2nd Amendment Right to go unhindered? Secondly,(and this is my opinion as an avid shooter and marksman) why the f*ck would you ever use this?! It promotes horrible technique. The whole thought of it de
@HenrySpicyWiener are you serious we dont even have a drop mag release here in california..this is not legal in anyways..i hate california gun laws..im from anaheim btw
Hey does anyone think that they will make one of these based on this design for a pistol like a full-sized glock, cause that would be ingenious and the maker would make lots of money from fans of the full-sized glocks or after that was a success, for the smaller glocks?
@HunterKiller308 trust me it takes practice to get it to shoot right just got to find the butter zone once you have got that down the accuracy really not to bad (2in group Ive shot at 50 yds)but if you are in a panic situation no you probably wouldn't even remember the damn thing is on there lol the gun at full mag dump will walk all over the place but you can see the impacts and adjust while you are shooting but then you also dump a mag pretty fast 3 or 4 seconds and your done
combine this stock with a SBRthat has a piston driven gas system,VFG and a red dot you you have an ultimate CQB weapon for some rather cheap mods. this is an amazing product that should be had beforethe left wing fed bans this one as well, the masses are not going to pay the $12,000 ransom fee for your second amendment right
You are all MISSING THE POINT!!... The guys said " This thing will put a smile on your face"...Is the concept of FUN too much for you to understand? Shit, This thing put a hard on in my pants!!... I know what Santa is bringing me for Christmas!!
I bought one of these, it is by far one of those best firearms accessories I have ever owned, it does however get addicting and you burn through a good amount of brass
This is the most fun I have ever had w/a civilian AR in my life! I bought one of the first thinking the Fed's would outlaw it quickly. Its over a year later and so far so good. @drfflame Why would it increase recoil? Since more energy goes into the reciever traveling into the back of the stock, the recoil is effectively dampened, not amplified.
porrsmurfen 1 month ago
@porrsmurfen yep sounds logical u agree :) but if u compare the 2 settings u would find this observation in the vid :) thnx for the reply :)
drfflame 1 month ago
@drfflame I don't get more, actually, I get better groups then with a buddies M4. With how the recoil works, it's going back and forth instead of up and down.
HKUser92 1 month ago
@drfflame from what i'm seeing, it looks like it keeps the gun from swaying up during firing.

Will this work on a Just Right 9mm carbine? All other AR parts are pretty interchangeable, butt stock, fore end, barrel, trigger, exc.

Stop calling it "full-auto". It's not, it's a controlled "BUMP" fire.

Everyone seems to be concerned about the legality of this accessory, but how about what it does to the factory warranty of your weapon? Does the addition of it void the warranty?

Is this stock left hand shooter friendly? It sucks being a south paw. I had to use a snap on brass deflector on the earlier AR A1 before they integrated a deflector.

will this work for my smith n wesson mp 15?
stickmymasta 2 months ago
@stickmymasta Yes, it should work fine.
Sturmgewehre 2 months ago
@stickmymasta Yes! It will work on any GI style AR-15 with adj stock. If you have a commercial buffer tube it will work... but mil-spec is better. For best results get a lighter trigger... either drop in or a trigger job. My trigger job was done by STS and breaks at 4.5 lbs. You don't want much lighter than that for a combat rifle.

I just see no point in this, it looks like it makes it horribly inaccurate. Bounces everywhere, saying that I am military so single fire all the way.
SniffyAndWelly 2 months ago
@Sturmgewehre, so where does the BATF draw the line as to what external mods you can do to fake out full auto ?
can you make your own stubby trigger, install it and add some external gizmo in the trigger guard to make the trigger function ? but I'm thinking that would be multiple rounds per trigger pull.
georgiacatweazle 2 months ago
How would you attach a single point sling to that thing? That is my only downfall I see.

Cool but seems like alot of room for error in safe shooting.
Dwikkles 2 months ago

AmericanPurist 2 months ago
First of all, if there are loopholes in our obviously flawed and oppressive system that allow such contraptions that make it easy and affordable for poor slack-jawed yokels to own and operate "full automatic" weapons at a cost affective rate then why not just lift the goddamn ban and allow us our 2nd Amendment Right to go unhindered? Secondly,(and this is my opinion as an avid shooter and marksman) why the f*ck would you ever use this?! It promotes horrible technique. The whole thought of it de

snikwah25 3 months ago
Hey does anyone think that they will make one of these based on this design for a pistol like a full-sized glock, cause that would be ingenious and the maker would make lots of money from fans of the full-sized glocks or after that was a success, for the smaller glocks?
snikwah25 3 months ago
how is the accuracy next to a full auto firearm? i never fired a full auto rifle but i can get some effective groups out of that slide fire stock
HunterKiller308 3 months ago
@HunterKiller308 trust me it takes practice to get it to shoot right just got to find the butter zone once you have got that down the accuracy really not to bad (2in group Ive shot at 50 yds)but if you are in a panic situation no you probably wouldn't even remember the damn thing is on there lol the gun at full mag dump will walk all over the place but you can see the impacts and adjust while you are shooting but then you also dump a mag pretty fast 3 or 4 seconds and your done
goffy44 2 months ago
combine this stock with a SBRthat has a piston driven gas system,VFG and a red dot you you have an ultimate CQB weapon for some rather cheap mods. this is an amazing product that should be had beforethe left wing fed bans this one as well, the masses are not going to pay the $12,000 ransom fee for your second amendment right
