  • If fruit is acidic, then we should just avoid fruit and not eat it at all in our diets. I mean, why would you want to eat fruit if it causes damage to your body?

    Starches and grains are well known to be high glycemic and causing diabetes.

    If this is the truth, I am going back to eating meat, which has proven to not be acidic at all.

  • @CBasie2856 Who is WE? lol. YOU probably NEED to eat fruit.. a lot of it for many years to clean out your body, regardless of the season.

    My body is pretty much cleaned out and it's time to dry up and eat mostly veggies so I can kill of some candida that's a problem for me.

    Diet is a science and every person is different. Everyone has different needs. Some people right now need a beer and a cigarette. lol. I no longer need those things, meat, sugar, bread or dairy.

    I basically read your message in this video as "fruit is bad for you, and you should avoid fruit at all costs" because you said it was acidic, meaning that fruit is extremely unhealthy for people, no matter what type of diet your on..

  • I don't agree about your concept on fruit. To say fruit is NOT ok in winter or spring??? Dr. Morse is a healer, educator, master herbalist & chemist,I think I take his word over yours. Also, eating on a long term high fruit diet has changed my whole life,Im off all medications & alot of problems have reversed.I was on the diet that u suggest, it cured nothing. Its easy to eat fruit because we're frugivores by nature so please get that right. Other things are so difficult since its not our nature

  • @therealcraig5 Fruit makes great alcohol. Fruit ferments well. This is a fact. Fructose is a simple short chain sugar that feeds bacteria in people with weakened immune systems. Some people obviously do better on fruit than others... still eventually your consuming a large amount of fruit, especially non local, non seasonal fruit will not last forever. If you live in a very warm climate then it may last longer than if you're in Michigan. Fruit is VERY cooling.

  • @therealcraig5 Continued: Also, I don't give a flying f-ck about Dr. Morse and his accomplishments. If he says that fruit should be the predominant food for cold climate people to eat in January then there is something seriously wrong in his head. I do things logically. I live by common sense. By the same token, I don't expect everyone to believe what I say. So many people are so stupid. Also, people will defend their alcohol fermenting food till the death! lol.

  • @iepurasul19 I too love, love, love fruits! Who doesn't? Kids love them, bugs love them, my dog even eats some of them. Candida really loves them! Mold loves them as well. Lots of people including very famous educators love them! I am merely stating my truths: Fruit is ok in summer & fall...NOT WINTER & SPRING. Anyone can eat fruits! They're EASY to eat! Now, lets see just anyone eat greens though! The best things in life are usually more difficult to achieve.
