Watching Smallville and watching Lois and Clark are like watching the two seasons of the animated series: 'Legion of Super Heroes.' Clark gradually learning his powers and how to control them while growing into the role of the Greatest superhero and Yardstick for all heroes is completely different from knowing his powers and learning to integrate from being a world traveler to being a big city reporter. They are both great shows, just different versions of the same story.
@muchohumpty I disagree. Both shows are good for Superman fans in different ways. L&C starts out with the Superman we're familiar with, yes. But Smallville shows you how he got there. So the fact that he isn't using the name "Superman" yet and is calling himself The Blur instead doesn't change the fact that he IS Superman. It's the same person, no matter what you call him. Smallville's Clark is not at that point & is not the symbol of the worlds greatest hero yet. Hence if your a big Superman fan you will enjoy, Lois & Clark because it Clark at his fullest potential. The reason why hes the biggest comic book hero of alltime

I thought his costume was better then the one for Superman Returns. Returns took too many liberties, the red was too dark and the waistline/belt was all wrong. Plus they should of patterned it after Cain or Reeves Superman.

hello???? he's superman for crying out loud!!! he wanted to make sure shed love him for who really is,just plain old clark kent....not for what he can do as superman...its no different than if he was rich like luthor,or the prince of some country or something like that. he had to be sure. i think he was totally justified. besides girls pull that stunt ALL the time and the only reason guys dont give them crap is cuz they cant cuz that's not the 'manly' thing to do.
