Does Little Big Planet DLC work with the game of the Year Edition? I got the game for my birthday yesterday & I really want the Sonic the Hedgehog skin, but I don't want to waste my money on something that won't work.

@TheShadowBrigade Yes! The GOTY edition just includes bonus content, it's the same game as the original in every other way. All save files, DLC, etc transfers over no problem ;)

@XxXCssCRazYXxX The GOTY edition includes a bunch of DCL including the Metal Gear Solid pack and other costume packs, stickers, etc. There is also the 18 bonus levels included exclusively to this edition.

@ozythomas if they couldt make gasses in it like hot air that makes a balloon flow up or gasses in bubbles underwater that kills you. or gasses that makes ur sackboy hard to steer. or gasses that makes it visual hard to see through...

@ozythomas I don't think for at least another year, but who knows maybe they'll make an announcement at this year's E3! There still supporting the current game. In fact WATER has completely reinvigorated my creative flow with the game.

It doesn't take long to connect to other players and yes a fast connection helps! Wireless connections always seem to cause lag.

It's only on the Game of the Year disc, BUT, you could find someone who has GOTY edition, join them in their pod and play with them through all 18 GOTY levels.

That was one of the questions they asked in the interview and was probably the hardest to answer because I didn't really log my time. Let's just say I started working on the level back in March of this year and gave them my final build in the middle of June.

It took quite a while to finish. I think I sent them about 4 or 5 versions and revisions of the level before the final went out.

Yes it uses your current save file and continues from there, so you could trade up for the GOTY edition and be good to go with all the extras.

The levels are on the disc along with most of the DLC to date.
