    Where I used to live, it virtually took over my garden, and I didn't mind. I even allowed it to seed out. I have a plastic grocery bag full of Lamb's Quarters seed, although I'm not sure yet what they proper way to start it is...

  • why not a lambs quarters pesto???

    if you can make pesto from stinging nettle.

    it would appear that lambs quartes might work.
