The great irony in this entire incident is that both Indira Gandhi and Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale were essentially the same type of person: arrogant, power-hungry, and using religion to divide the people of the land. And, in the end, they both chewed off more than they could swallow and died at the hands of those whose anger they exploited.

@thechamp44 sorry -you may need to brush up your punjabi. Kranthi-kari comes from the work Kranthi (hindi/sanskrit word) meaning revolution/rebellion and kari means one who does it. Atankvadi means one who spreads terror. In Punjabi, the word is khardku or sometimes even atankvadi is used.

Great Work Veerji. Downloaded the video to show it to my grand childrens. Every Sikh must download this video and preserve it. I am not an India hater. But this could have been avoided. No Sikh will ever forget and forgive this.

Just read what happened immediately prior and after this incident and You'll see that it was pure politics. Same was repeated in 1992 and 2002 against the minorities. Every time I see this, tears roll down my eyes.

and then theres the govt, they sent basically agents to screw up our prayers, which they were successful in(most sikhs dont know that they are only doing part of their prayer now)
