They are equally smart. They are obviously identical twins so they share the same DNA. Although I think Axten needs to work on his manner. Rayden loves his brother & has better manner. Poor kid's feeling was hurt. If I'm the mom, I would give Axten a timeout when he hits Rayden, & continue to play with Rayden until Axten behaves & then let him join in again. That's what the teachers do at my son's school when he was 1. If you think he's too young, at least separate them when one gets hurt.
