@johnchrisdepp1963 Are you talking about David Thewlis? If I'm not mistaken, he had 2 scenes with Alan Rickman in this film. The first is when Snape catches Harry out of bed, and Lupin covers for him, and the tension between Snape and Lupin in that scene is clear. The 2nd scene is my all-time favorite (Shrieking Shack scene) having Gary Oldman, David Thewlis, Alan Rickman, and Timothy Spall all in the same room!!

The first time I saw PoA was when I was 15, and I remember watching this interview on the DVD and thinking,"David's not too bad looking..that's really Gary Oldman??" I've become one of their biggest fans now. And I agree with all the comments about Gary. In the film, we were watching Sirius in action, not Gary Oldman...the fact that he can blend so smoothly into his character is his biggest strength and gift as an actor. How can someone be so insanely talented yet be so completely under-rated??

Prisoner of Azkaban is so visually appealing and subtly detailed (when students are sleeping in the great hall, the hall is shut, a howl is heard, perhaps remus lupin; also a ghostly image of a dog appears in the same scene - padfoot perhaps)...they were outstanding in the movie as if the roles of sirius and lupin were meant just for them...david and gary themselves remind me of lupin and sirius, laughing at each other's expense :D :D
