That is not the pit-guy's fault at all!, infact the pitcrew is positioned perfectly, schumi front wing should go no further than the front of the box, he overshot it by about two feet, you can tell because the front tyres are well past the markers.

The lillipop man has to show the driver where to turn off (so that the driver finds the right box) thus he has to stand there where he stood... All at all it must be Schumachers fault because all others did their job correctly...
