Yeah, Ultimate Carnage is basically a bumped up version of Flatout 2 with better graphics. It has a new Carnage Mode, in which you face a variety of challenges such as racing around with a bomb in your car and trying to reach the next checkpoint before the bomb explodes. You'll also participate in races which focus more on destroying your opponents than winning the race and derbys which have all sorts of power-ups and extra lives. However, the Career Mode is still the same as are the stunts.
I have Head On, too. While it's a really well-made PSP game and have the same content than Ultimate Carnage, let's just say I'd rather play it on big screen and HD. Head On lacks also proper online mode, which is great fun in UC.
wow i only payed 2 bucks ... but steam ran out of cd keys .... here comes a 3 day wait to play it...

you should get this game for PSP. it's really the same except the name's changed to Flatout Head On.
