  • i love this hypnotic music

  • Please hurry up with Mass Effect 3!!!. I love it, ffs

  • Shut up Jenkins! No one cares if you are itching! Docter, give him some cream. "JENKINS WAS THIS BIG!" XD

  • WTF!? Every single F***ing Playthrough I try to watch has Shepard being a victim and having survived a thing that resulted in everyone dying but him/her! I don't want to watch a walking sob story! I want to see either a war hero or ruthless warrior! You people are making Shepard too human!

  • Is the camera like Red Faction:Guerrilla? I mean full 360 view?

  • it is on most games and yes it is :)

  • Love this game.. only thing i can complain is the absence of stealth manovers,i'm using an infiltrator class character and the game doesn't allow me to even make good use of a sniper rifle or is that or i suck!!I find the vanguard and soldier the best class adding that with the comando specialization.I have a question does the nature of the assigments we get depends on our paragon/renegade points?! Is it possible to end the game with a neutral 50% paragon 50% renegade?!Thanx

  • Selene Shepard, Soldier, Sole survivor and Spacer? All begin with S! Coincidence? I think not.

  • I'm getting the new version of Mass Effect with the "Bring Down The Sky" DLC already with it.

  • the spectre gear looks a bit like that crysis suit, well, in my point of view then

  • ur girl up here is so damn sexy haha.

  • The create a character is far too limited in this game though. Alot of sheppards look the same. This one is a tad diffrent.

  • how do you get the spectre gear?

  • In order to get the Spectre gear, you have to have played through with the character previously.

The only reason that I was able to equip this armor at the beginning of a playthrough was because I had already located it, in another run before this.

    Hope this helps.

  • thanks!I beat the game with a paragon then Im going through it now as a renegade!Do you buy it because when I became a spectre after the Eden Prime invasion they said to go to the spectre requistions(dont know if I spelled that right) officer to get spectre equipment and I bought all the armour they had and the spectre armour wasnt in it!

  • It's not spectre armour, it's colossus. And the spectre weapons are only available once you reach a high enough level, complete 1 playthrough, and reach 1,000,000 credits.

  • man i just noticed Captain Anderson is voiced by the guy who voiced the saints row captain in Saints Row and he sounds like Hammond from Dead Space AND i think he voiced the Arbiter from Halo

  • I definitely recognized that voice. I'd know the Arbiter's voice no matter where I hear it.

  • Did we ever see "Volcano" the one in los angeles where the tar pits explode?? Well, u got the main char, (tommy lee jones i think his name is) and then u have his assistant out in the "field"....when they blow up the building at the end "Tower, are you ready, we've got to go!" Yup, the Arbiter too.

  • This game is fantastic ^^.(PC version here)

I just end my first("HOW TO EAT THIS")run end as full paragon(no more spoilers here ^^), but i am curious how you are able to wear Colossus X heavy armor from the beginning?

Only one Minus i found but not affected gameplay at all is MAKO driving.

In PC version camera is set to free what makes sometimes hard to drive.

OK its time to start another run ^^.

  • I wouldn't have been able to equip the Colossus X armor at the beginning of this run if it hadn't been for me having completed the game before with this character.

The Mako was a bit of a pest at first to get used to but I actually began to enjoy driving around in it; some of the exploration assignments did begin to get repetitive though.

Best of luck on your next playthrough.

  • does anyone else think that that ship in the beginning looks like the energy sword (halo)

  • wow xD a lot of halo references in this game

  • the guy at 0:14 thats the arbiter from halo 2 and 3 :DDD

  • He's also the voice of Goliath from Gargoyles the cartoon. He does a lot of voice acting.

  • who put -4 on this?

  • Some douchehat did.

  • Man I used to love that show when I was a kid

  • Hell yeah, I've been trying to find it online but I can't get more than a few episodes before some are missing. I wonder if it's on DVD...

  • Joker:I hate that guy...

    LOL, good stuff.

  • Jack Sheperd

level sixty soldier game dificulty insanity

    armor: Colossus X-heavy

    weapons:all spectre class X

    preferred party:Kaiden and Liara

    ALL sidequests compleated(every damn one)

stick that in your pipe and umm...give me a character comparison

  • Pretty good, I must say.

Character comparison you say? I'd be happy to.

    Selene Shephard

Level 60 Soldier: Completed on Insanity.

Armor: Colossus X (Heavy Armor) or the Ursa VIII, also Heavy Armor.

    Weapons: Spectre Class.

    Preferred Party: Garrus/Kaiden.

    Completed all sidequests and achievements.

Respect you for your skill, mate.

  • Just got the game a few days ago, beat it last night.

Played as vanguard(I think, the combat/biotic class)

Got spectre X shottie and Pistol(no snipe or rifle training). I have predator 8 medium armor or something.

Got to ALMOST level 50 on my first run, did virtually EVERY sidequest. Haven't tried harder difficulties yet. Playing another quick game just to get to lvl 60 for achievement. Have close to 5 million creds.

Usually (but not always) take Garrus and alternate the other character.

  • I gave Garrus some really cool sniper rifle and armed it with high explosive X rounds. If 2 geth destroyers are with 5-8 metres of each other when the round hits, they're both fried.

  • Third what do u do in this game?and fourth is this related to the star wars games at all.If you cold answer these questions by tomorrow i would greatly appreciate it.Thanks!

  • 'Mass Effect' is an adventure - or rather - a roleplaying game, where you are required to pursue certain goals in the game to further yourself - and also your character that you create - in the storyline. You have the ability to free-roam of course to a certain extent, but to progress, you need to follow a set plotline. The point of the game, I guess is to build your character up.

As for your final question, ME is not related to the Star Wars series, in any way. Hope that helps a little.

  • hi i have a couple of questions.First do u have to play this on Xbox 360 or can u get it for a regular xbox.Second is the girl on this game a lesbian or do u have to be one?

  • To answer your first question, no; Mass Effect is exclusive to the Xbox 360 at the moment. Whether or not it will go multi-platform is inconclusive.

For the second question, you can choose whether or not you want to pursue a relationship with either a male or a 'female' in this game, if you choose to play as a female Shephard.

If you choose a male Shephard however, you have the choice of one woman over another. Male Sheppie, can't be bisexual or otherwise.

  • Best

    Mass Effect Playthrough

    Ever!!!

    Keep 'em coming.

  • Will do, Lincoln!

Thanks for your support. Hope you're enjoying my playthrough, so far.

  • the armor you have, where do you get it?

  • The "Colossus X" armor? The red and black armor that I'm wearing was found on Virmire; in a storage container, immediately before the cutscene involving Kaiden and Ashley.

Unfortunately, your character has to be Level 53 or over in order for the item to 'generate.' Also, everytime you play through the game, the majority of items will randomly generate which means that the Collosus X armor may not necessarily be on Virmire for you.

Kassa Fabrication licenses it though so it's purchasable.

  • So you most likley have to get it on your second play through then right?

depending on how good you are

everytime i made a new character i never got to level 50 for there first playthrough, i got to like level 47-49

  • Yeah. On my first playthrough, I rushed through the game, as I was far too eager to do the storyline, instead of completing all of the sidequests so I didn't manage to reach Level 53 until my third playthrough, if I can remember right.

It does help a lot if you do the sidequests, that much I can tell you. ;)

  • Do fucking want. I wish I had an Xbox 360.
